Returning Unwanted Goods
You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. You need to notify us, BricaBracUK, of your wish to cancel your order within this time period, by email.
You then have a further 14 days from the date you’ve notify us of your cancellation to return the goods. Goods should be returned in their original packaging, in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all goods that were in the original package. If the original packaging is damaged beyond reuse, goods should be returned in suitable packaging to ensure the goods are not damaged in transit. Returning Damaged in Transit Goods
If your goods are damaged in transit, please report it to us within 3 working days. If the goods are visibly damaged on receipt, sign the carrier’s delivery note. Goods should be returned in their original packaging, in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all goods that were in the original package. If the original packaging is damaged beyond reuse, goods should be returned in suitable packaging to ensure the goods are not further damaged in transit.


Returning Faulty, Not Fit for Purpose or Not as Described Goods
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty, not fit for purpose or not as described goods from us, you have 30 days, from the delivery date, to reject the goods. Goods should be returned in their original packaging, in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all goods that were in the original package. If the original packaging is damaged beyond reuse, goods should be returned in suitable packaging to ensure the goods are not damaged in transit.


Return Exemptions
These include CDs, DVDs or software if you’ve broken the seal on the wrapping, perishable items and tailor-made or personalized items. They also include goods with a seal for health protection and hygiene reasons that’s been broken.


Refunds

Refunding Unwanted Goods
We’ll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods back. If the returned goods are used, damaged, or missing any parts, or damaged during return shipping because packaged inadequately, you will receive a partial refund for the loss in the goods value.
If you’ve paid extra for special delivery you won’t get your next day delivery cost refunded when you return unwanted goods.

If the returned goods are used, damaged, or missing any parts, or damaged during return shipping because packaged inadequately, you will receive a partial refund for the loss in the goods value.


Refunding Faulty, Not Fit for Purpose or Not as Described Goods
We’ll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods back. If the returned goods are used, damaged, or missing any parts, or damaged during return shipping because packaged inadequately, you will receive a partial refund for the loss in the goods value.


After 30 days, you will not be legally entitled to a full refund if your goods develop a fault.
You have to give us one opportunity to repair or replace any goods or digital content which are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described. You can state your preference, but we will choose whichever would be cheapest or easier for us to do.


Refunding Lost in Transit Goods
We’ll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method once the investigation period with our courier company has been completed. Investigations into lost parcels can take up to 14 days. Refunds or replacements will not be issued until the investigation is complete.
If you don’t let us know and 28 days have elapsed, unfortunately, we won’t be able to help you anymore. Our courier company cannot investigate undelivered goods after 28 days.


Cost of Returns

You, the customer, must cover the return carriage cost for returning unwanted items and it will not be refunded to you.


Cost of Returning Damaged In Transit Goods
We, BricaBracUK, will reimburse your return carriage costs for returning damaged in transit items. What is a reasonable return carriage cost depends on the size of the product. The method and cost of return should first be agreed with us, before returning the goods.


Cost of Returning Faulty, Not Fit for Purpose or Not as Described Goods
We, BricaBracUK, will cover the delivery cost for returning faulty, not fit for purpose or not as described goods and reimburse your return carriage costs. What is a reasonable return carriage cost depends on the size of the product. The method and cost of return should first be agreed with us, before returning the goods.
