Harry Potter And The Prisoner Of Azkaban

Harry Potter And The Prisoner Of Azkaban is the third instalment in the phenomenally successful Harry Potter series. Harry (Daniel Radcliffe), Ron (Rupert Grint) and Hermione (Emma Watson) have returned to Hogwarts for their third year.

However, there is a shadow hanging over Harry. In other words, dangerous serial killer Sirius Black (Gary Oldman) has escaped from the Wizards’ prison, the Azkaban Fortress.  Most importantly, he wants revenge for the death of his master, Voldemort, who Harry defeated 13 years earlier.

For Harry’s protection, Azkaban has sent an army of soul-sucking Dementors to guard Hogwarts against a possible attack by Black. However,  they turn out to be as much of a threat to Harry as Black himself.

As myth, magic and teenage hormones combine to weave their dark spell, Harry uncovers a few more crucial secrets about his mysterious past. The supporting cast includes Emma Thompson, Michael Gambon, Alan Rickman, Julie Walters, Maggie Smith, Robbie Coltrane, David Thewlis and Timothy Spall. Source: Publisher
